This Call for Proposals is designed to implement one of the three priorities of the European Union Industrialised Countries Instrument (ICI), namely people-to-people links. Its main goals are to enhance mutual understanding between cultures and to facilitate the exchange of knowledge. To this end, it promotes dialogues at the level of civil society.

Proposals must involve EU and US partner institutions and activities should take place in the EU and/or the US.

The total budget for European Commission contributions to this Call is of € 800,000.
